2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience; B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Commerce/Finance; high proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software/ERP (Tally Prime, Zoho Books); strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, voucher processing, and reconciliations; with high attention to detail and accuracy.
