Our Founder
Neha Bhatnagar is a strategic, outcome-focused HR Leader with 20 years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Transformation, Organizational Design, and Talent Strategy. She is renowned for building HR functions from inception and successfully scaling organizations from 0→1→N across multi-entity, multi-geography environments, including India, UAE, and Malaysia.
