We are seeking a versatile HR Consultant to support diverse client mandates across research, operations, and recruitment delivery.

Role & Key Responsibilities

This role is ideal for an agile HR professional looking for deep exposure to consulting, contributing across multiple functions for diverse clients. The Consultant will work closely with the leadership team on end-to-end HR interventions.

  1. HR Research & Framework Development:
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on HR trends, best practices, policies, and compensation for client projects.
  • Support the development of HR documentation, including policies, SOPs, competency models, and Job Description libraries.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, insights, presentations, and process checklists for consulting delivery.
  1. HR Operations & Process Implementation:
  • Assist clients in setting up and improving core HR processes across the entire Employee Lifecycle (onboarding, documentation, attendance, HRIS data management).
  • Support HR audits, policy implementation, and policy creation for SME clients.
  • Coordinate day-to-day HR activities and contribute to the deployment and configuration of HR Technology tools (HRMS/ATS).
  1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition Delivery:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment mandates for clients: sourcing, screening, assessment coordination, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Develop necessary recruitment analytics, interview guides, and job descriptions.
  1. Project Coordination & Client Support:
  • Support the consulting team in managing project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Maintain internal and client-facing trackers, dashboards, and reports.
  • Participate in client interactions to ensure smooth implementation and project closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5 years in HR Consulting, HR Operations, Generalist HR, or Recruitment.
  • Functional Expertise:
    • Hands-on experience with core HR processes, documentation, and HRMS tools.
    • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle and sourcing platforms.
    • Strong research capability with the ability to translate data into structured reports.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, high ownership, and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience with SMEs, start-ups, or a consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to design HR tools, templates, and SOPs independently.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
